Dawn Patrol is named and inspired by the moment when a surfer is sitting on the beach enjoying a freshly brewed coffee as they anxiously await dawn to arrive with the first wave of the day. This is a medium roasted coffee that works wonderfully as either an espresso or brewed using a filtered method. The Colombian portion of the coffee provides acidity and sweetnes while the Guatemalan portion adds body and texture. It is a balanced coffee that tastes delicious however you choode to drink it. Look for notes of apricot, caramel and chocolate.
